![]() I used the gym on a few occasions, best kitted out gym i've ever used in a resort. I used the outside gym area most mornings as i get up very early, and the staff would already be out cleaning etc. The resort was clean, tidy and beautiful. And absolutely gem, we thanked him so much on our last day as he made our holiday pefect! The cleaners were brilliant, they left the room sparkling and some days they left my nightie in random designs on the bed, this really made my day, the little things that count, so thank you all!Īnd finally a special thanks to Antonis in the restaraunt, he is the heart and sole of this hotel, and you can really see why when you go, As soon as i'd told him once about my allergies, he remembered every single time i went in there - he must speak to 100s of different people yet he'd still remember what you'd spoke about the day before etc. I didn't catch the names of others, but everyone around there was brilliant, the lady who came round the main pool every day to get drinks orders never stopped, she was so cheerful (With her fluffy pen and her "chinChins" ) Really made our day. I was then seen by the head chef George who was amazing, said if there was anything at all i wanted to let him know and he'd help, he spoke to the pastry chef so i had a special desert made for me each day - And finally the last sous chef i saw for the remainder of my holiday was Alex (alexander) What a star he was, again nothing was too much trouble, he was extremely busy but didn't make me feel like i was being a nuisance, i was happy to wait for his help, and in the meantime we ended up having some absolutely fantastic chats about other places we've been on holiday and gave each other some recommendations! Thank you so much to all the staff in the restaurants as you seriously made this trip great for me, for someone with food allergies eating out can be daunting and i never once felt unsafe here.Īll the staff in the bars (pool and Lobby) were so fantastic, special thanks to Constantin at the beach bar, he was hilarious and always up for a chat! There was also Marios (i think) at the pool bar, he was the Happiest person i've ever met. The next morning I was a bit nervous about breakfast and what I would be able to eat, I believe it was Fotini (Sorry if spelling this completely wrong!!) Helped me, she was amazing, found a chef straight away and he showed me around everything and explained what i could/couldn't have, and even offered to cook me seperate pancakes (which i took him up on and they were absolutely amazing!) This sous chef saw me for the beginning of the week and showed me around for each meal, and he was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and smiley, even when they were extremely busy (I didn't get his name which i'm very upset about as i would liked to have thanked him in this!) We arrived very late on the saturday evening (midnight) but there was still plenty of helpful friendly staff around to help us, we were showed to our room and found a lovely bottle of wine in the mini fridge and a fruit platter each. Upon arriving we filled out a form, and it asked about allergies on there (good sign already). I have a severe nut allergy and i'm also gluten free, so I had contacted the hotel beforehand to ensure they could cater for me, and the hotel manager was quick at responding and assured me they code. It's my first time visiting Kos and my Partners second time, and we both had such an amazing experience. We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this fabulous hotel. ![]()
